1B. Event Team: Recruit, Train
Volunteers are assigned to roles, with alternates available.
Volunteers are required to make a minimum commitment.
Volunteer leaders facilitate relationship-building - through events, special design studio tours, etc.
2. Reevaluate Strategy and Create Business Plan
Strategy should be realigned to the research done to understand business needs (driven by a mission to advance the UX profession locally) and user requirements.
